Sadly, I was not smart enough to record it, but if/when I find it again I'll record it if only partially. Once I do I'll share it and possibly send it to E2k.
A couple of times earlier this morning (my time 8 Jan) I came across an Asian (to me it sounded Japanese) language transmission that had a similar format like the Lincolnshire Poacher on the Twente SDR.
The first time was a few freqs off from where E11 had broadcasted at 0900z.
The second time was to the end of the 1100z hour and was pointed out by another chat user.
It began and ended transmissions with gong music. The voice was clearly synthesised, but the language to me was completely unidentifiable. To me it sounded like an Asian language. Possibly Japanese. It ended it's voice broadcast with what I can guess as a 000 variant.
Anyone else know what I'm talking about? Another user mentioned they found it at the end of December as well.
It's possible it's a spoof. Most Asian stations don't come in as clear as this did. It was a really well done one if it was.

Yes, there was a recording link on the SDR someone posted
www.youtube.com/watch?v=3o1Jh6jGSMY
I'm not sure if this is the one echo was talking about but the message is
91 91 91 91 91 91 which is IA IA IA IA which he thought to be HA HA HA HA
as in it was a pirate and not a new numbers station. It was in an amateur band too, but still I'm not sure if this is the one he meant
Edit: ah I see nevermind what I said then

This transmission also lacks the gong music that played at the beginning and end.

There are several Asian utility stations that use music, gongs, odd sounds on startup and end. For example the Bangkok METEO station on 6765.1 and 8743 kHz could both be mistaken for numbers stations if you did not know what they were. Z!

Excellent stuff! I'll be lurking this thread for a while and keeping a look out for this one.
